      BFA (Busbar Frame Assembly)

      A frame structure designed to connect signals between cells and enable temperature and voltage sensing within pouch cell battery modules. Optimized for module layouts, it delivers a stable sensing environment while enhancing assembly efficiency.

      KEY FEATURES
      • Designed to reflect the thin and flexible form factor of pouch cells, the BFA integrates cell connectivity and sensing functions without increasing overall battery module thickness
      • Replaces conventional wiring harnesses with an FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board),  simplifying assembly processes and contributing to cost reduction
      • Combines inter-cell electrical connections and sensing circuitry into a single structure, enhancing module reliability and electrical stability Features a built-in fuse structure to protect the battery module from damage in the event of overcurrent
